My experience covers the full range of pharmaceutical operations from facility design, equipment procurement, installation, maintenance, operation, commissioning, qualification, process validation, as well as all the quality systems that are required to operate your facility in a state of compliance.

As a natural by-product of the work I have performed over the years, I have instructed and taught my client’s employees in these operations, as well as the use, creation, and development of quality systems and documentation programs.

I am often called upon to provide job function training on the equipment and systems being installed and validated. Additionally, clients request that I share my risk assessment, project management, and problem solving skills, which is a challenge I relish. To that end, I have developed comprehensive training courses designed to transfer my knowledge to your professionals. By providing these fundamental tools, I empower them to develop problem solving skills and to identify, assess, and manage risk.

I have always enjoyed these interactions. Working with individuals who have a desire to learn is gratifying. So much so, that I now focus my career on teaching, training, and mentoring professionals in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

I have performed numerous classroom teaching /training sessions – both directly for clients as part of their in-house training programs and for industry groups such as PDA and ISPE. In addition to classroom training, I have conducted live webinars and have been a guest presenter for several industry seminars and conferences.
